ONC is striving to recruit the best qualified individuals to actively participate in its FACAs: the Health IT Standards Committee (HITSC) and the Health IT Policy Committee (HITPC). ONC has developed the application database to allow anyone interested in contributing HIT expertise to apply for membership consideration. ONC will use this database to fill expiring committee member terms, form new workgroups, and to refresh the membership of current workgroups. For additional information, view Frequently Asked Questions about membership.

You may create an account and submit your application for either a committee or workgroup membership, or both. You will need to submit the following REQUIRED elements to complete your application:

    Committee Application:

  1. Full Contact Information
